1. About Altus Ventures, LLC

2. Eligibility

Your access is permitted by any applicable agreement between your business and Altus Ventures

If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

Some features require creating an account or authenticating through your organization’s Salesforce or identity provider. You agree to:

Maintain the security of your credentials
Notify us of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for activity under your account unless otherwise provided in a contract with your organization.

5. Financial Services and Third-Party Integrations

5.1 Stripe Services

We use Stripe for payment processing, bank connectivity, and related financial functionality. Use of Stripe services is subject to:

Stripe may collect or transmit financial data on your behalf as part of functionality you choose to enable.

Your use of any third-party integration is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party systems we do not control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, source code, software, designs, branding, documentation, and related materials provided through the Services are the property of Altus Ventures or its licensors. Except where explicitly permitted, you may not:

Create derivative works
Sell or sublicense the Services
Remove proprietary notices

You retain ownership of your data. We do not claim rights to your business data except for the limited purposes necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Services.

Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by your organization for Services in the preceding 12 months, unless otherwise required by law or governed by a separate agreement.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Altus Ventures, its affiliates, officers, and employees from claims arising from:

Misuse of the Services
Violation of these Terms
Breach of third-party terms
Inaccurate data submitted or processed through the Services

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

You violate these Terms
Required by law
Directed by your organization
Necessary to protect system integrity or other users

Upon termination, certain provisions (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits) will continue to apply.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Wyoming unless superseded by a separate written agreement.
